📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students aged 3 to 18.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with parents and other educators to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
• Utilize educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.
• Monitor student attendance and communicate regularly with parents.
• Stay organized and manage lesson plans, student records, and other administrative tasks efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
