📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise and promoting a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, helping them to develop and grow within the company.
• Oversee employee training and development programs, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring that our employees are compensated fairly and that our benefits programs are up-to-date and competitive.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, time and attendance records, and benefits information.
• Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure that our HR practices align with our business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as best practices in human resources.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
