📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals and industry standards.
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair pay practices.
• Manage the compensation and benefits process, including payroll, bonuses, and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including tax and social security obligations.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand job roles and responsibilities for accurate compensation structuring.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries.
• Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR compensation and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR compensation and benefits, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools like BambooHR and ADP Workforce Now.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Certification in HR compensation and benefits (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
