PT Lestari Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials that align with the company's objectives.,Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to enhance their performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs are integrated into the overall employee development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with training management software and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Flexibility to travel to different locations for training sessions.
