As an Interior Design Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of interior spaces, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You'll work with industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, and you'll need to be proficient in using these software to create detailed and accurate design plans.

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Oversee the design and implementation of interior spaces, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
• Work closely with our talented design team to create captivating environments for our retail and lifestyle spaces.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all design elements are feasible and practical.
• Use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create detailed and accurate design plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in interior design, and incorporate them into our projects.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the company.
• Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
