📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong client base by identifying potential customers and building relationships.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products/services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
