📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Ensure client needs are met by providing exceptional customer service.,Monitor and report on sales performance and client satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.,Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.,Provide regular updates to the sales manager on client interactions and sales progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the beauty industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
