📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of analytics professionals to develop and implement data-driven transformation strategies.
• Develop and maintain analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and analyze data trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through robust data governance practices.
• Stay updated with the latest analytics trends and technologies.
• Mentor and develop the skills of team members.
• Report directly to the CEO and contribute to the overall strategic vision of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics and data transformation.
• Proven track record of leading analytics projects and teams.
• Certifications in data analytics or related fields (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Data Science Professional).
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
