📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.,Stock and manage inventory levels of bar supplies and equipment.,Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and service standards.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.,Participate in inventory counts and restocking as needed.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to bar operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.,Valid ID and clean background check.
