📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restaurant and café industry.,Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and partners.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.,Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.,Develop and maintain a comprehensive business development plan.,Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the restaurant and café industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.,Strong understanding of market trends and competition.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
