📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided by the executive chef.
• Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and performance.
• Assist the executive chef in developing and refining menu items as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools such as grills, ovens, fryers, and steamers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience working in a luxury or fine dining establishment is a plus.
