XCEL Nusantara is seeking a Deputy Internal Audit to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audit activities. You will work closely with the Internal Audit Manager to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and scheduling of internal audit activities.,Conduct audits in various departments to assess compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Prepare and present audit reports to management.,Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.,Support the Internal Audit Manager in managing the audit team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
