We are currently seeking a Deputy Training Officer to join our team. The Deputy Training Officer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve operational efficiency and customer service standards.,Assess the training needs of the team and recommend appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to staff members to help them improve their performance.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the successful execution of all training initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of all training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
