As an Experienced Machinist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our CNC lathes, ensuring they are in pristine condition to meet the high demands of our production process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC lathes and other machinery
- Inspect and test machinery to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to upgrade and improve machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of machinery
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs
- Train and mentor junior machinists and technicians
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machinist or similar role
- Proven experience with CNC lathes and other machinery used in palm oil processing
- Certification in Mechanical Maintenance or a related field is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work in Kendawangan, Kalimantan Barat
