📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the finance, accounting, and tax team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounting and tax processes, including monthly and annual closings, tax filings, and audits.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support the clinic's growth and success.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial professionals.
• Train and develop the finance, accounting, and tax team to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with a strong background in Indonesian accounting standards.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
