📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit client locations to collect outstanding payments and negotiate settlements.
• Resolve payment disputes and provide clear communication to clients.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records using our in-house collection software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with the collection team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.
• Submit regular reports on collection activities and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt collection and negotiation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
