🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business,Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Understanding of the automotive spare parts industry is a plus,Experience in a similar role within the automotive or manufacturing sector is preferred
