📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
