Hotel Intan Shop is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and timely movement of goods and materials within our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage inventory and orders.,Monitor and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.,Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Provide support to the warehouse team to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and monitor logistics strategies to improve overall operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
