📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Implement and manage IT security measures to protect our systems and data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and outages, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of our IT systems and networks.
• Provide technical support to our manufacturing team, including training and guidance on the use of IT systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with our IT team to ensure that our systems are integrated and compatible with our manufacturing processes.
• Document and maintain IT processes, procedures, and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT implementation and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Experience with IT security measures and best practices.
• Proficient in using IT management tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft System Center.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
