📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with event planners, catering staff, and vendors to organize and deliver high-quality banquet services.,Manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure a well-trained and motivated team.,Develop and maintain banquet menus, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.,Handle client communications, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups, to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and customs.,Monitor banquet operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Maintain accurate records of banquet operations, including inventory, staff schedules, and client feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and vendors.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of banquet equipment, layout, and design principles.,Familiarity with local laws, customs, and regulations related to banquet operations.,Fluency in Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.
