📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and brew a variety of coffee drinks to meet customer preferences.,Manage and train junior baristas to ensure consistent quality and service.,Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Promote the coffee shop and engage with customers to enhance their experience.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall coffee shop strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Proven ability to manage and train a team.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
