📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to students,Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure they meet the highest standards of teaching,Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement training strategies,Conduct regular assessments of training programs to identify areas for improvement,Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for students,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the training department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer,Proven track record of success in developing and delivering training programs,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with digital education platforms and tools,Experience in mentoring and guiding junior instructors,Passionate about education and committed to continuous learning and development
