📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure adequate stock levels,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
