📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of store consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement retail strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure stores are well-stocked and organized.
• Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of service and sales.
• Train and mentor store consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
