📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business goals.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand stories and visual content.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a digital environment.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
