📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining patient records.
  • Assisting with patient education and providing information about their health conditions and treatments.
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Promoting a safe and clean work environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining proper hygiene practices.
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families during their healthcare journey.
  • Assisting with the organization and management of the nursing unit, including inventory and equipment maintenance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Commitment to providing quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
