📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine recruitment needs and job specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
