📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
