📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Conduct employee surveys and provide feedback to management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR training programs.
• Support the HR team in other projects and initiatives as needed.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
