📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Report on key performance indicators and metrics to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key client relationships.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
