In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for our trading division specializing in plastics raw materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer relationship management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.,Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.,Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.,Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities.,Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the plastics industry.,Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
