Identify and attract top talent for sales positions,Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the necessary criteria,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress towards targets,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Proven experience in sales recruitment, preferably in Bali or a similar market,Strong understanding of the sales industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
