🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong understanding of customer service best practices and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with contact center operations and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
