Apotek Vera Tea is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. We are a well-established pharmacy located in the heart of Samarinda, and we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to help us provide excellent service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their pharmacy needs, including prescription fills, over-the-counter medications, and health and beauty products.,Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Provide product information and recommendations to customers, based on their needs and preferences.,Assist with inventory management, including counting stock, ordering supplies, and monitoring product expiration dates.,Promote our products and services to customers, both in-store and through social media channels.,Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.,Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handwashing, glove use, and mask-wearing when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or pharmacy setting, preferably in a customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet customer service goals and targets.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
