📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding of candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory as we also work with local candidates.
