📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and optimize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) using Siemens Opcenter.
• Implement and maintain MES solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity in manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on MES systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MES technology.
• Participate in project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Document technical processes and create user manuals for MES systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Siemens Opcenter (formerly Camstar) and other MES software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Experience with SQL and other database management systems.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with MES.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
