📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including calculations, tax deductions, and payment distributions.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.
• Process and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to employees on payroll and benefits-related queries.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in payroll and compensation management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and compensation management.
