📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Prepare and portion food for the kitchen staff and dining area.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handling certificate.
